We offer tailored credit card payment solutions for both European and international customers, designed to make your checkout experience as smooth as possible.

Due to the nature of our products, some standard banks and card providers may flag or decline transactions. To avoid this, we work with specialized payment partners who are able to securely process these types of payments.

This setup allows us to offer credit card payments. However, in some cases, this option may not yet be available in your country. We are continuously working to expand our coverage so more customers can access it in the near future.

Redirect not loading?

In some rare cases, the redirect to our payment provider may fail or time out. We are aware of this issue, although the exact cause is still unclear. It may be related to browser settings or plugins that block redirects.

To ensure you can still complete your order, we automatically send a separate email with a secure “Pay Now” button. You can use this button to finalize your payment at any time.
If you have already completed your payment, please disregard the message in the mail.

Cannot find payment link or button

Don’t worry, an email with your payment link should have already been sent to you. If that specific link isn’t working, please check the footer of the email for alternative payment options.
