This one is better than the other one

I'm growing this for the third time except this run I'm crossing it to Hellfire OG. It's a nice cerebral energetic head high that will leave you functional and able to do your activities, but still feel nice and high. The high lasts about an hour. I've also noticed it's the BEST strain I've used for opening up your airways and making your breathing feel amazing. I breath so much clearer after using this strain. I've also had no issues with anxiety from it. Super easy to grow, very frosty nugs, and I'd say Nirvanas estimate on THC percentage is spot on.

Very good strain, been growing outside in lg planters. Great yield, great high , wonderful flavor. Smells and tastes just like the late 70's.

Last year I sold out of Maui quickly as it was a favorite cultivar of my clients. So this year I ordered the 10+10 pack, but because of a cold spring and my dog eating some I only ended up with 8 plants. Of course they were gorgeous and I was excited to see them starting to flower in early August. I kept them topped & they got to be about 5 and 6' tall and very bushy. They were a little late but by mid-October I pulled down 5 of them and am shocked how much there is. Large fragrant buds and so frosted fragrant and so tasty. The dog broke off a lower branch that was way immature but I dried and sampled it anyway and holy shitsby, extreme head high and moderate couch lock just like my previous grows. These 5 plants had an enormous amount of buds that probably will weigh over 10 pounds after drying & trimming and I still have 3 plants growing with maybe another 4 or 5 pounds. I'm in Central Calif and these plants endured and thrived in horribly hot & brutal conditions sometimes reaching 114 degrees and averaging 104 all summer. What a plant. I can't wait to smoke it!

Excited about this one in particular. I been waiting for a another trip to Hawaii; I been waiting for a long time.

Meine Maui Waui sind problemlos gekeimt und gewachsen. Trotz unguter Bedingungen (habe deutlich kleinere Töpfe ausprobiert und leider wurde es im Durchschnitt recht kühl, vielleicht zu kühl. 3 Sorten im Zelt von 3 Breedern und alle haben auf den Stretch verzichtet) habe ich eine ordentliche Ernte einfahren können (60g trocken je Pflanze).
Wirklich beeindruckend finde ich, dass der Geschmack tatsächlich der Beschreibung entspricht. Wie ein süßes Zitronenbonbon. Die Wirkung ist unbestreitbar - insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Strain, den ich wieder anbauen werde!

Best seeds I've found great yields and very potent. Won't go anywhere else.

Nice big nuggets

Wow, this is probably Nirvana's best. A common pheno for my pack is a plant that smelled like the sole of brand-new sneakers/rubber and tasted like overripe fruit. It reminded me of Tepache, a Mexican fermented pineapple juice drink or if you're familiar with kombucha, it sort of tastes like that too. I would 100% get another pack to find a keeper!

I ordered these and customs confiscated them and Nirvana staff shipped out replacements and were incredible to work with. I have planted 3 of the seeds and they are growing sky high. I put seeds in a 24 hour soak and when I went to put them into damp paper towels and they had popped a taproots at least an 1/8 in long and by the next day in the paper towels they had gotten between 1/2" to 3/4" long and 2 of them were so aggressive they grew into the paper towels. These seeds are super fresh and have a ton of vigor. I will be buying more seeds from Nirvana.

Sweet stinky piney....

Hawaii Maui Waui grew fantastic.. maintain the nutes & she'll do great.. harvested at 10% amber,11wks,. Buds were very dense & rock solid,,, No fluffy sativa buds... Taste sweet & Tropical wit a hint of Durban Poison Black Liquorice taste... High was awesome & aroma sweet.. Can smoke all nite wit No sleepy ness & then some.... Zillion strains out there but Maui Waui & Big Bud captured my Heart... Will continue to grow Hawaii till end of time....

In a tent full of very strong agressive smells this slightly more subtle. Once singled out these beautiful lime green buds produce a very Piney and Spicy smell. Very sticky with trichomes.

Medium potency but produces huge buds. Takes it's time, 12 or 13 week flower, but good for staggered harvest

I really enjoyed growing this strain . It very much grows like a tropical plant. Could not stop smelling the buds after the harvest. This is one I would purchase again and again

I cut these at 100 days but they could have gone longer. They need a full cure to taste sweet too. Not the same flavor I remember from 20 years ago in Maui, these had more sharp, sour, almost gassy citrus on top of the soft tropical smells. Maybe because I use chem nutes and what I remember was organic soil. Still very nice flavor though and it isn't tiring in the least. A great strain and rare too and will only become more rare. Also go easy on the nutes.

This was an easy one to grow . Definitely one of my favorite smelling strains . The citrus pineapple smell and taste really come through on this one . Definitely more of a sativa type head high on this one .overall a really good strain

What a plant. With so many breeders creating legendary varieties around the world, it can become easy for many to forget about landraces. I am so, so thankful I chose to grow this. I was completely unprepared for this to be the frostiest plant I've ever grown. The buds are just white furry sugar. They grew tight and greasy, and when you grind a bud it looks like a pile of white powder with cannabis bits sprinkled in. While there is no couch lock at all, it's still a very powerful, nearly psychedelic high. If you've been curious about a Hawaiian landrace, this is the one. You'll be so glad you did it. Also, I had no trouble topping and training the plants to finish around 18 inches.

Seeing that lady grow is a real pleasure, beautiful tropical sativa, works best in a greenhouse to fully develop unhindered in a continantal temperate climate with possible early onsets of autumn, never tried that indoors, yet I reckon that with a bit of LST that should work fine,too, this one likes proper feeding, yet you should keep the soil a bit more meager in the first 2-4 weeks.
Definitely worth growing and collecting to preserve, i highly appreciate the efforts nirvana put into this strain, NICELY DONE!

Nice herbal and yet citrusy aroma and taste, the high is extraordinarily crystal clear with a somewhat magical depth to send you soaring whilst remaining here and now thereby catching a glimpse of the other side...to metaphorical?.... well, try it and do better, there's ample space for reviews:-)

Due to her rather extensive flowering period this here Lady of oldschool is quite challenging in guerilla grow setup in the woods, I only had one early bird among them that would actually completely finish before the first frost in early November, yet it was ALL worth the bother, beautifully structured sativa with more slender yet bautifully textured, sticky buds.

My first grow with Nirvana's Maui Waui was in 2017, and it produced exceptionally well. It was also some of the best tasting bud I'd grown to that point.

Since then I've bought at least a pack a year, and have found their phenotype to be fairly consistent, both in the 5 pack and also from one year to the next. Nice tight buds, with tons of resin frost- even on the lower buds and leaves, which makes for great edibles.

Probably the only words of caution I can think of, is to make sure to train early and trim often.

As far as the quality of seeds goes, all 5 always pop. Once they get going, I cull them down to the 4 best ones.

All in all, a really good and reliable strain.

I always take seed companies promotional claims with a grain of salt, this being a prime example. It's only supposed to be a moderate yield strain, yet both seeds popped were massive yielders, outperformed Original Glue, Gelato, and Sour Diesel by almost a 2 to 1 margin. Easy to grow, easy to clone, fairly tall, and the 2 phenotypes I got were pretty much indistinguishable from each other. The untopped ones yielded about the same as the ones I topped. While not supposed to be a high thc strain, it's the favorite of several of my friends, I found it just as potent as my supposed high thc strains.
