How to file a germination claim

First, determine what went wrong with your seeds. We cover several types of issues as long as they are reported within 1 year of purchase. Please note that free seeds and promotional seeds are not covered.

Take clear photos that show the issue as well as possible. For example, if your seeds are cracked, take a close-up photo that clearly shows the cracks. Good photos help us understand the issue and process your claim faster.

3. Tell Us Your Germination Method

Tell us how you tried to germinate the seeds. Please describe your method as clearly as possible, including any important steps you followed.

4. Tell Us the Temperature

Let us know the temperature where you tried to germinate the seeds. Temperature can have a big impact on germination, so this information helps us better understand what may have happened.

5. Tell Us How Many Days Have Passed

Let us know how many days you have been trying to germinate the seeds. Depending on the temperature and germination method, some seeds may simply need a little more time to germinate.

6. Describe the Issue
