We know how important a fast and reliable delivery is. That's why we keep looking for more secure and faster routes to ensure your purchases arrive safely and on time.
However, we emphasise the safe part. This is why shipping from Nirvana Shop to some international countries can take a bit longer.
All orders are processed on business days and are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery methods
We offer different options to different countries. This is due to the local regulations and customs. To make sure the packages arrive, we have to ship them extra stealthily in some countries. We mainly have two types of shipping.
Stealth Shipping:
Orders are shipped as stealth as possible. Your order will be shipped through regular mail with stamps. This is a slower but more secure option. Lower risk, but the downside is that it can take a bit longer for your order to arrive.
Priority Express Shipping:
Orders are shipped with track and trace and will arrive a lot quicker. But this option is not available for every country due to the risk of orders being confiscated. For example, shipping in Europe & US will have this option, but international shipping will depend on region.

Package not received

Change delivery address
Please email as soon as you get the chance to contact support and put CHANGE ADDRESS in the subject. We can only change your address if your package has not yet been shipped.
