Biscotti Feminized

Certainly more than some other delicate strains. However, the dense buds can still shelter pests if not maintained properly. Her dense buds also cause a common issue. Like all other strains with dense buds, they are susceptible to molding, so it's important to keep humidity in control in the flowering stage.

Indoor
Growing her indoors is relatively easy; she responds very well to a stable environment. But she will show her love to growers who can create the most optimal climate for her. It's not a hard strain to grow, but she leaves a lot of room for experienced growers to shine. She is not a fast stretcher, but you will notice her bulk up a bit during the early flowering stage. A bit of canopy management is recommended.

Outdoor
She prefers a warm and dry climate. Mediterranean-like conditions are perfect for her. Under those conditions she can thrive and finish without battling excessive moisture. High humidity combined with moisture can be catastrophic for your buds. When the moisture gets trapped inside the buds, it can form mold. So when grown in regions where it's cooler and more humid, protection against rain and some pruning are necessary to keep the air flowing through the plant.

Fungal resistance

Biscotti is moderately resistant to fungal threats. Like most of her peers from the same family, she suffers from her successful, densely packed buds. Because of the density, moisture gets easily trapped in her buds, which can cause mold to form. This is something you can avoid by keeping the humidity as low as possible, preferably around 30 to 35%. Having strong air circulation also helps, especially outdoors.

Flowering time

Indoor
Flowering time is relatively on the quicker side. When growing inside, it usually takes around 8 to 9 weeks until she completes her flowering stage. In some cases it can take slightly longer to fully mature due to the environment. Either way, she will reward you with a plentiful harvest.

Outdoor
When growing the Biscotti outdoors, she typically finishes around early to mid-October. This, however, depends on your climate. Warmer weather with soothing nights and plenty of full sunlight during the days will certainly help her finish a bit quicker. It will also help her produce more resin, which will result in deeper flavors and stronger effects.

Yield

Indoor
Biscotti can produce average to high yields; you can expect around 500 g/m² of yield growing indoors. But quantity is not her forte. She excels in quality. For indoor growers, especially experienced ones, you can train her and help her focus on producing the most dense and weighty buds you have seen.

Outdoor
For our outdoor growers, the yield potential increases by a fair bit. For an experienced grower with an ideal climate, she can deliver up to 700 grams per plant. Rivaling some of our highest yielders, while keeping her excellent quality buds intact. High quality and quantity.

Plant height & structure

Under normal circumstances, the biscotti will grow into a plant of medium height with a bushy but strong structure. The strong and sturdy branches help with carrying her heavy and dense buds. She is strong enough to carry her buds and shouldn't need extra help. But if you deem it necessary to do so, don't hesitate. Her height is easy to manage, making her ideal for tents with limited vertical spaces.

Training
