Tangie Feminized
Another world-class hybrid to emerge from California, and one that quickly invaded Europe. With Tangie seeds, you grow a unique hybrid when it comes to the fruity and floral department. Immense resin production and one lady who loves to be trained.
Hash makers and extracts artists will make some magic with this easy to grow classic that can be very productive when grown indoors and outdoors.
Tangie Feminized is a zesty orange, citrus dank hybrid, that will zap you with crystal clear clarity, and focus. Bordering on euphoric, she is an easy to grow strain created by crossing Skunk with Californian genetics, well suited for beginner growers with a superbly floral, dank, and sweet terpene profile. Incredible for hash making, and extracts, as well as beginner growers.
Growing
Created by crossing California Orange, known for her tangerine, citrus aroma and flavor, with Super Skunk. The result is an easy to grow, truly aromatic hybrid that boasts bold, fruity, and dank flavors.
She requires low maintenance and loves to be trained. Tangie Feminized is a highly resistant, fast flowering mix of indica and sativa genetics. Thanks to the intense amount of resin she produces during 12/12, Tangie Feminized is a very rewarding strain for hash makers.
Indoor
She will grow short during 18/6, however will grow tall once flowering commences. We advise LST and SCROG, when growing Tangie Feminized indoors to help control her height.
She will grow one main central cola, accompanied by long and thin side branches. We advise pruning her before flowering to increase yields further and allow the plants to focus their energy on top growth.
Outdoor
Tangie Feminized can get quite tall when grown outside, so it advised to tie her down before the flowering period. We recommend this cultivar for those who live in a hot climate, as she will produce the best results. Plant outdoors in Spring time with the intention to harvest towards the end of October.
Fungal resistance
She is a tough plant that has a good resilience to heat stress and colder temperatures. She can fight off mold and other pathogens, as well as insects and pests.
Flowering time
Indoor
Flowering time takes 9-10 weeks. She does not require much maintenance, making her a great choice for beginner growers who enjoy fruity, mandarin terpenes. Some phenotypes will finish faster than others, with the biggest yielding requiring 7-10 days more.
Outdoor
Outdoors, we recommend giving her a solid 10 weeks of direct sunlight. She will be ready to harvest at the end of October. Keep the plants in a South-facing location to ensure they receive the most direct sunlight and can fully mature.
Yield
Indoor
Yields of 550 g/m² (1.8 oz per square foot) can be achieved when grown in a Sea of Green and flowering after 7-10 days of 18/6. Using smaller-sized pots such as the 7.5-10 liters (2 gallons) and keep plants closer together.
Outdoor
It is possible to yield up to 750 grams (26.5 oz) per plant under the right circumstances. She does have a tendency to become quite tall and lanky, so it is a good idea to add some support before buds begin to form.
Plant height & structure
Tangie Feminized will grow with long side branches that grow as tall as the main central cola. There will be a medium amount of internodal space, making her great for training, and allowing a good flow of air around the plants. The final height once flowering will be around 120-150 cm (47-59 inches) tall.
Training
She is a very versatile hybrid that reacts incredibly well to basic training, and especially SCROG. We advise keeping in the vegetative state for a longer time, to encourage a bigger root base and more prolific growth, before changing your timer to 12/12.
Smell, taste and effect
Her sweet and dank orange aroma is just as clear as her cerebral effects, with flavors of fresh tangerines, oranges peel with a sweet floral edge.
A mixture of citrus, earthy, and floral, sweet terpenes make Tangie really stand out from the crowd and will produce some outstanding water hash, dry sift, or BHO. Kick-start your day with a joint of Tangie and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
Tangie Feminized is the ultimate pick me up strain that will make you feel rejuvenated as a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The effects of this hybrid can be described as clear minded, focused, motivated, and mentally sharp. A wonderfully clear-cut effect, that is perfect for morning times, day times, smokers with a low tolerance, busy individuals, musicians, writers, artists, and those who like a euphoric, feel good factor.
Thanks to her well-balanced and feel good effects, she is perfect for smokers with a low tolerance searching for a daytime smoke that won’t tire them out.

Tangie is a wonderful strain for enjoying a focused and creative effect while still being relaxing and calming. A beautiful blend of all the wonderful things this plant can be.
These seeds make some of the best smelling and incredible high and make this strain one of my favorites. I live on the East Coast so seeds take 2 to 4 weeks depending on customs and their agriculture department. Great company selling awesome seeds.
Got seeds in promptly manner. looking forward to spring grow with new variety's
Another batch of lovely sticky plants
all the grains have sprouted....but my hands are out of my ass. I failed to harvest
the cali orange was one of my favorites
i think they made it even better with the tangie
a tangie mom was chosen and will be kept next to the cali orange
Easy to grow and has become one of my favorites. Great for pain.
One of the best fruit strains out there without a doubt!
Nirvana Genetics are strong! Should have bonsaied this Mother
really gorgeous plant in bloom, will have to purchase again soon!
First time growing Tangie and was impressed. I grew indoors and was very happy with my yields. I ended up with a little over a quarter pound per plant, cured. It turned out beautifully and very terpy. I will definitely grow again.
Cannot wait to try this sativa heavy hybrid. I hear it is a great smoke.
Gr8 growing plant haven’t tried yet but grew well
The tangie is some of the best smelling buds I've seen in awhile big beautiful with lots of trichs
Excited about this one. I've wanted to try this one for a while.
Taste like OJ and will get your day started out right.
Taste like OJ and will get your day started out right.
I love this strain from Nirvana. She is a beast! She grows like a large bushy Christmas tree with rock hard buds. Citrusy smell with orange hairs. Her high puts out some indica traits which I like. She’s easy to grow, loves nutes and is very hardy! You can’t go wrong with her.
Such a delight to grow. Super frosty and full of character. She gave me a run for my money . Needed a bit more cal/mag, but found oyster shell to do the trick .
A great strain in all departments! I crossed Tangie with Chemdog....... and More Jesus was born. Wonderful vegetation. It flowed into a floral perfume-like festival of crystal. Lovely!
We gave 3 seeds to a green thumbed friend , who has never grown before, as a gift on 420. By the holidays we were experiencing some quality, super citrusy buds with some buds of ours. They asked where we got it and we both LOAO. Couldn’t help it. Obviously super easy to grow and enjoy with great yields.
This plant provided a strong high and about 200 gm of finished product. Grown outdoors in zone 7 but not optimal sunlight (stealth). Four months until harvest. Taste varies depending if you smoke it or vape it. I find it enjoyable.
Very resinous plant great for making concentrates exceptional yields with great tastes as well.
These had to be some of the prettiest plants ever with the color changes in the leaves.
Break out a bag of buds from this girl and friends will appear out of no where. Great bag appeal and taste. Grew in 5 gallon cloth pots under full spectrum LED Lights. Good yield awesome buds, you won't be disappointed.
Like burning a grapefruit lol. Good flavor and head. Yield under king 1200 LED with DWC was about 7 oz. Could have been higher but didn't top.
All beans hatched ...easy to grow, easy to enjoy
This Tangie is not my favorite, though it is a nice well rounded smoke. I'd prefer if she had a hint of sweetness, but thats not the case with this pheno. The citrus is unmistakable. But that combined with her funk leaves something to be desired. I think there are many growers and smokers out there who would love this strain, but it's only average for me. I crave terps that awaken my senses, and this one is simply forgettable when grown among other great genetics. Still a nice plant, but not my favorite. Having said that, this plants structure is second to none. I topped many times to bush her put and she responded perfectly. I could only hope for other strains to grow as uniformly as she did. Nice addition to the tent, but I won't be growing her out again.
very nice taste good yield
Growing in soil/coco under Rapid LED.
Insane smells! Tangerine is spot on. While they said the plant would stretch, I didn't find that to be the case, but I did notice some of the fattest colas I've seen on any Nirvanashop variety that I've tried so far. The leaf to bud ratio is a bit higher than some of the other strains I've grown too, but I don't see tha as a drawback. I pulled the first batch down after 9 weeks because I was impatient and I almost made it to week 10 on the second. Next time I'm going to grow it with a sativa and let it grow out past 10 weeks to see what happens. If I were in true soil, I would have let these plants go longer, but I flushed em week 7 etc.
Effects are light and uplifting for sure. I get really happy and talkative after smoking
Easy to grow. Nice yield.
This is the most citric strand I've grown yet. Hard to not be pleased with fat buds with awesome smell and taste. Definitely in my top ten strains from Nirvana. Had no problems through the growing stages and easy to train. Would recommend to anyone who loves
This plant is in week 8 and very uniform. Yields look good for indoor plants in 5 gal buckets. Full of great terp profile and loaded with crystals. I would recommend this strain to beginners because I had very few if any issues with it. Just have to watch nute intake because they can burn or lockout if not paying attention. Great strain.
I love this strain and so does my family. I dont smoke anymore so make canna butter and use it on toast and in cooking. It is great, as advertised, it induces GREAT energy and I can work all day. Conni
